Orders

Simply browse our store, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is complete.

Orders are processed quickly, usually within 1–2 business days. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after purchase and a tracking number once your order ships. You can check the status through the carrier’s website.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact our support team with the email address used for the order.

Yes, but only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately with your updated address. Once shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.

We accept major credit/debit cards, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

Domestic orders may include sales tax depending on your location.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Sometimes items ship separately. Check your tracking details. If something is missing, contact us right away with your order number.

If your payment doesn’t go through, double-check your details or try another method. You can also contact your bank or card provider for assistance.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may vary.

Domestic shipping: typically 3–7 business days.

International shipping: usually 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

We provide standard and express shipping. At checkout, you’ll see the estimated delivery time based on your location.

Shipping costs depend on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You’ll see the exact cost before checkout.

We also run free shipping promotions, either for recurring orders or when you spend above a certain amount.

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. You can track it on our website or directly with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete address. Inspire International is not liable for delays or lost orders caused by incorrect addresses.

Refund & Return

Only influencers who purchased directly through their assigned affiliate link in Inspire International.

You have 15 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.

The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Non-returnable items include products labeled as “final sale,” “clearance,” digital products, downloads, and gift cards.

  • Damaged or defective product.
  • Incorrect item received.
  • Company shipping error.
  • Product did not meet expectations (subject to conditions).

Inspire International covers the cost if the product is defective, incorrect, or if there was a company error (we’ll send you a prepaid label).

The influencer covers the cost if the return is due to dissatisfaction.

Submit your request through your Inspire International affiliate dashboard, or by email at contact@inspireworldwide.com, or by phone at 1-888-893-7496 / 501-585-0029. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Product name and SKU
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos (for damaged/defective products)

You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with instructions. Pack the product securely and mark the RMA on the package. Once we receive it, we’ll inspect the product.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be sent to your original payment method. Exchanges are also available if applicable.

Products that are modified, misused, or damaged due to negligence. Final sale, clearance, and digital products are not accepted.
