INSPIRE INTERNATIONAL SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY 


At INSPIRE INTERNATIONAL, we aim to offer flexibility and control over your supplement subscription. We understand that your needs may change, which is why we have designed a simple and transparent cancellation process.

  • Ease of Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account on our website. Look for the "My Subscriptions" section or similar, where you will find the option to cancel with a single click. If you experience any difficulty, our customer service team will be available to assist you.

  • Cancellation Deadline and Shipping: To avoid being billed and shipped the next subscription cycle, you must request cancellation at least 5 days before the next scheduled billing date. Your next billing date will always be visible in the subscription management section of your account.

  • Cancellation After Shipping: If you cancel your subscription after your next cycle's order has already been processed and shipped, that shipment will be considered a final subscription purchase and will not be eligible for cancellation. However, you may still request a return according to our Return Policy (see next section), subject to applicable cost deductions. The cancellation will be effective for future subscription cycles.

  • Upcoming Billing Notification: We will send you an email reminder 5 days before your next billing date to give you sufficient time to make changes or cancel if you wish.

RETURN POLICY AND DEDUCTIBLE COSTS (Once Product is Received) 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your INSPIRE INTERNATIONAL supplements. If you receive your subscription product and wish to request a return, please review our policy below. Please note that due to the nature of supplements, specific conditions apply to ensure product quality and integrity.

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.

    • The return request must be made within 15 days of the product delivery date.

    • Returns of opened, used, or customer-damaged products will not be accepted.

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be designated as "final sale" and not eligible for return. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

  • Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.   

    • If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed and, if applicable, a pre-paid return shipping label.

    • You must ship the product back within 5 days of your return request approval.

  • Refund and Deductible Costs:

    • Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our eligibility policies, we will process your refund.

    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Please note that when processing a refund for a returned product after it has been shipped, the following deductions will be made from the total amount paid:   

      • Original Shipping Costs: The cost of the initial shipping of the product to your address will not be refunded, as this service was rendered.

      • Return Shipping Label Costs: If we provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label, the cost associated with that label will be deducted from your refund. This cost may vary depending on your location and the package size/weight. You will be informed of this estimated cost when initiating the return process.

      • Recovery of Affiliate Commission 5 : In our affiliate program, commissions are paid to the upline for generated sales. When a return is processed, the commission paid to the upline for that specific sale must be recovered. The amount of the commission paid to the upline for the returned product sale will be deducted from your refund. This is a direct cost associated with the original transaction that is no longer valid due to the return.

Example Refund Calculation:

If you paid $50 for a subscription product, and the costs associated with the return are:

  • Original Shipping: $5

  • Return Shipping Label: $7

  • Affiliate Commission (Upline) paid for that sale: $4

The total amount of deductions would be $5 + $7 + $4 = $16.

Your refund would be $50 (total paid) - $16 (deductions) = $34.

Additional Considerations:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policies.

  • The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your banking institution or payment method.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can resolve the situation at no additional cost to you.
